Project and contribution: An AI-powered learning platform designed for schools, workforce programs, test prep, and specialized academies. I lead company planning, hiring, budgets, and partnerships while working hands-on across deployed application and agent architecture, deployed model adaptations and evaluation-informed configurations, and a deployed teacher-student speech system.

Current condition: Virtu Prep is my principal operating company and current company-building focus.

Project and contribution: Administrators describe an academy's mission, audience, program, and constraints. The system generates a configuration checked against the expected schema for its learning environment and public website. Desktop and mobile experiences share that configuration; domain setup and tenant provisioning remain separate operational steps.

School Builder Bot began as a Virtu Prep project in 2021 and later became a separate project.

Current condition: The configuration workflow is deployed, and School Builder Bot operates as a separate project.

Project and contribution: This operating group includes deployed academies and learning environments covering test preparation, AI skills, financial literacy, legal operations, language learning, special-needs education, microschools, and international education.

Current condition: The academy environments represented by this grouped record are deployed and operating.

Project and contribution: The program was designed around practical workflows, output evaluation, reusable methods, and responsible judgment. Its learning paths used practice, feedback, and learner-created artifacts.

Astral AI Academy began as a Virtu Prep project in 2023 and later became a separate project.

Current condition: The project began inside Virtu Prep, later became separate, and is deployed and operating.

Project and contribution: An applied legal operations initiative focused on intake, triage, review, escalation, confidentiality, and audit trails. I developed training and evaluation frameworks intended to help teams assess AI-assisted work while retaining human oversight and responsibility.

Project and contribution: I founded Certified Teachers Network to connect state-certified teachers with schools and education providers. Teachers can build a professional profile, while schools express their needs by certification state. The network also provides an academy for independent educators.

Current condition: The public site accepts teacher profiles and provider inquiries, with state-based availability shown on its national map.

Project and contribution: I founded Turnaround School to bring an operating approach to school recovery. Its model connects learning, leadership, staffing, and governance: establish a baseline, define responsibility and authority, and use observed progress to guide the next decision.

Current condition: The public site presents the recovery model and service pathways for school boards, founders, districts, and community leaders.

Project and contribution: This research direction asks whether features derived from noninvasive neural recordings add predictive information beyond a behavior-only baseline. The public record currently contains research framing only; Project Zero and its technical work remain planned. No dataset has been selected for Project Zero, and no protocol, repository, report, or result exists for it.

Project and contribution: An independent book and interdisciplinary research synthesis, second edition, 2026. It examines how people learn, why active practice matters, and how education can distinguish growth, mastery, and transfer from institutional proxies. It is not original experimental neuroscience or a peer-reviewed scientific monograph.
